Amour Recruitment are proud to be working with this dynamic company based in Portsmouth seeking a Turkish Speaking Customer Support Co-ordinator.

Duties include:

  • Raising Quotes and Sales orders
  • Order Status Reporting
  • Proactive approach in following up on recent orders placed and received
  • Creating Customer Invoices
  • Production and maintenance order status reports
  • Regular review of current accounts and practices, to seek areas of improvement
  • Proactive Co-ordination & liaison between logistics, customer, third party function & other staff


  • Strong PC skills using a range of MS packages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience of working both on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Extensive customer service experience and skills
  • Able to work under pressure and think on your feet
  • Able to juggle numerous tasks at any one time
  • Excellent Organisational Skills, able to manage own time effectively
  • Ability to work at a fast pace, but still ensuring a high standard
  • You will have a keen eye for attention to detail, with the ability to think quickly and outside the box.
