Amour recruitment is proud to be working with a family run business who are currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Service Receptionist in Totton.
Duties will include-
- Liaise with colleagues to notify them of work arriving and waiting to be commenced
- Issuing and controlling all courtesy vehicle fleet and customer insurance documentation
- Job card creation
- Obtaining Start up order numbers
- Updating work costs during repairs with the customer
- Obtaining final order numbers
- Maintaining Job card filing system once all work complete
Requirements for the role:
- Professional presentation
- Customer Service Skills, both written and verbal
- Physically able to lift appropriate items in and out of vehicle (subject to legal limitation
On the job Training, e learning and external training courses available where necessary, so no previous experience is required. This is an entry level trainee role and salary will be paid at minimum wage depending on age.
Hours are 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday inclusive with ½ an hour unpaid lunch.
