Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrator to work in our client’s busy traffic/transport office based in Nursling.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is an experienced customer facing administrator who is a hands-on focused individual.
Key responsibilities:
- Answering the telephone liaising directly with customer and colleagues to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Dealing with customer invoice queries, which may be complex or long-standing problems.
- Managing Fuel cards
- Driver fines and parking infringements
- Generate reports and analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service the organisation is providing.
- General Office Administration Support
Personal requirements:
- Previous Customer Service/Admin experience is a must
- Excellent written skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Works well under pressure and to deadlines
- Good team player
Hours: Monday to Friday – 0800 -1700
Salary: £27,500
