Role: Telesales Executive
This position would suit a keen and motivated candidate who wants to develop their career within a dynamic and ambitious company in Bridgend.
Due to further expansion plans, we are currently looking to recruit motivated and ambitious Telesales Executive who possess the drive to succeed. A prominent part of this role is to support customers with the finding of suitable vehicle for themselves or their business. As a business they operate in a regulated sector, full training will be given to obtain full knowledge of the industry. The role will involve inbound and outbound calls to customers. We are looking for:
- Previous telesales experience.

Basic Salary £16,000 per year plus commission. Expected OTE if minimum target achieved is £30,000 per year. My client is proud to demonstrate that everyone in the team took home more than £25,000 last year.
