Amour Recruitment are working exclusively for this fantastic company based in Portsmouth who are looking for a Team leader to cover maternity leave.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all day to day functions and tasks of the customer support advisors are carried out with due care
- Seek advice or escalate any new or unusual issues to the department Manager
- Respond and manage customer’s and supplier’s escalations
- Make sure weekly reports (Dashboard & Forecast) are delivered to management upon request
- Maintain effective communications with the other departments
- Evaluate team performances and conduct 121s
- Manage team holiday requests and ensure appropriate coverage during busy periods
- Make sure all processes are followed and introduce new ones when necessary.
- Attend meetings with their quality management team and participate to audits
- Develop ideas and strategies to improve operational efficiency, add value, aid business performance and work towards a strategy of continuous improvement
- Ensure all invoicing is completed in a timely manner
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a technical environment would be an advantage
- Experience in managing supplier interactions and customer relationship
- Effective problem-solving skills
- SAP experience would also be highly desirable
- Confident in the entire sales support process from quote to invoice
