Amour Recruitment are proud to be working with a fantastic client who are seeking a Service Manager to join their office in London due to growth! This is an office based position and will require you to travel around the London region. This would be a great role for someone with previous proven experience as a Service Manager, who enjoys working in a customer focused and facing role and can lead a team.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a group of engineers covering the London area
- Ensuring all maintenance and call outs are completed on time and efficiently
- Close communication with other managers
- Dealing with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction are always maintained
- Attending to and submission of repair quotations to customers
- Random, physical checking of sites and works to ensure good engineer housekeeping is in place
- Assisting with negotiations for contract renewals
- A willingness to participate on weekend and emergency call escalation rotas
Personal Requirements
- Good leadership skills
- Previous experience as a Service Manager
- Technical/Engineering background experience is desired
- Must be able to participate in emergency call rota for nights and weekends / 1 in 5.
Hours:
Monday - Thursday 8.00 - 5.00 / 4pm finish on Fridays
