Amour Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for a Service and Parts Administrator on behalf of our family-run client based in Swindon.

In this varied role, you'll support a busy service desk, supporting customers with their MOT and Service bookings.

You'll take on a parts specialist position within the team, and be responsible for the location and sourcing of vehicle parts.

Responsibilities:

  • Raising Job Cards.
  • Obtain Order and Parts numbers for works.
  • Planning and Scheduling MOT and Service bookings.
  • Handling Inbound and Outbound communications.
  • Processing and checking invoices.

Requirements:

  • Dynamic approach to working, given a varied range of responsibilities.
  • Friendly and personable communicator.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar role/industry.

Hours: 8:30-17:00 Monday to Friday

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 DOE
