Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Orders Fulfilment Specialist to work for a superb company on a 6-month FTC initially.
You will ensure the seamless and efficient handling of customer tech services orders, from inception to delivery. Playing a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction by overseeing order processing, logistics coordination, and issue resolution. Ultimately contributing to the success and reputation of our organisation.
Duties include:
- Manage the end-to-end order processing lifecycle
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
- Collaborate with the purchasing team, suppliers and warehouse to maintain optimal service levels and inventory management.
- Maintain meticulous records of orders, shipments, and returns, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal protocols.
- Coordinate with shipping and logistics partners to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery of orders.
- Implement tracking systems to monitor order progress and provide customers with real-time updates.
Personal requirements:
- Experience in sales support/quotes/order processing
- Able to work under pressure, think on your feet with a keen eye for attention to detail
- Strong organisational Skills, able to manage own time effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to highlight missed or incorrect information on both Client PO and Vendor quotation/ information
- MS Office skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
