Amour Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an amazing company who has a brand-new role for a Senior Service Delivery Manager to act as a go between for the company and their major clients.
This role is offered as home working but you must be prepared to attend the customer sites and the company site in Portsmouth if and when needed.
Duties include:
- Managing the relationship with clients to ensure expectations are managed and exceeded.
- Ensure service delivery is monitored effectively and that identified actions to maintain or improve levels of service are implemented
- Work with external parties and other departments to ensure successful engagements, positive impressions and a uniform approach
- Undertake sales and presales support, scoping level of effort, manpower, equipment and approach
- Manage onsite teams’ activities both prior and during the delivery phases
- Ensure engagements adhere to their compliance requirements from both a physical standpoint and corporate standards such as ISO27001, ADISA, WEEE etc
- Investigating, reporting, and resolving customer satisfaction issues
- Establish a thorough understanding of the customers business, environment, staff, and strategies – identifying opportunities for further growth and improvement of service(s)
Personal requirements:
- Experience within a service delivery/operations capacity.
- Experience within telecoms or similar datacentre environments.
- Experience in effort profiling, estimating and planning.
- A track record of developing strong client relationships, across all levels of an organisation, and a focus on customer satisfaction and improving services
- Ability to travel to customer sites essential
- Clean driving licence
Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730
Salary: up to £50,000 (depending on experience)
