Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Coach to assist in the delivery of support, training, development, and guidance for sales professionals to work for our well-established client based in Portsmouth.
You will be responsible for delivering clients sales volume through effective 1:1 session’s, group coaching and progressive programmes improving the activities of sales professionals as a whole.
You will analyse, identify and deploy appropriate plans and initiatives linked to raising standards, increasing sales performance, retention of workforce and employee engagement. Present findings on activity and outcomes linked to maximising the client’s profitability and actively work to improve the overall quality of work completed by sales professionals.
Our client requires someone who has previous experience within Sales / Coaching / Management roles, outbound sales environments and a proven track record of delivering performance through coaching.
Hours are Monday to Friday 0900-1730.
This role would also suit a teamleader/manager who is used to working in a fast paced sales, call centre.
