Amour Recruitment are proud to be working with this award-winning company who due to growth in business is seeking a methodical, well organised Sales Administrator to work at their office in Swindon

The successful candidate will have full control of sales administration to ensure systems and methods are in place.

Duties include:

  • Ensure all order, invoices etc are submitted by sales team in compliance with legal and manufacture regulations.
  • Chase orders to ensure work carried out in timely manner and customer and salesman fully updated of the process through out.
  • Ensure accurate records are kept and updated, update customer data base on CRM.
  • Deal with incoming enquires and passing on sales leads, liaise with workshop and raise job cards.
  • Attend Sales meetings and take minutes
  • Run weekly and year to date reports
  • Deal with incoming enquires and passing on sales leads
  • General and adhoc duties

Full training will be provided but you must be resilient, able to multi-task and work to very strict deadlines.

Hours are 8.30am to 5pm with half an hour lunch Monday to Friday. Free parking is offered.
