We have an opportunity for a Recruitment Co-ordinator/Administrator to join their internal recruitment team. If you have come from a recruitment background, ideally running a temporaries or contracts desk and don't want to be sales focused then we would love to talk to you!
Overview of the role
The Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for the administration of the end to end recruitment process for their self-employed Inventory Clerk, DEA, Electrical and Gas panel.
The role is pivotal in ensuring they can provide full UK Coverage to their clients across all our products and services.

Tasks
- Advertise roles using standard job description templates on a variety of recruitment portals
- Conduct telephone/video interviews with candidates
- Identify and book first jobs
- Liaise with internal departments to identify areas for improvement on reports and feedback to candidates
- Ensure effective communication is maintained with candidates and assessors throughout the process
- Set up and send successful candidates to the diary team and SEPPS
- Manage the spreadsheets ensuring they are up to date and all information is accurately recorded
- Manage the administration of the ATS system moving candidates through the process as necessary
- Assist with the recruitment attraction strategy
- Carry out any other tasks required
Key Performance Indicators
- KPI 1 – 95% of candidates successfully inducted within 5 weeks of applying
- KPI 2 – 100% of self-employed documentation within 5 working days
- KPI 3 – 90% candidate conversion rate (application to go live)

Working hours
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between operating hours of 8.30am & 6pm
