Amour Recruitment is working exclusively for a great company based in Waterlooville who due to continued growth is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor.
This is an exciting time to joining a company as they go through a big expansion.
Key responsibilities:
- Reviewing of all Project inclusions and allowances.
- Managing the application and variation process with clients.
- Managing subcontractor accounts, from claim, to Pay notice.
- Attending sites to meet with Site mangers and subbies to ensure positions are reviewed and monitored.
- Approving claims and working with subbies on the variation claims.
- Issuing contractual notices when needed
Person requirements:
- Experience of managing the process from tender to design and procurement.
- Previous experience in the building/construction industry is essential
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills

Hours: 08:00 to 5:30 (with a half hour unpaid break)
Salary: up to £70,000 (depending on experience and industry knowledge. Negotiable for the right person)
