Amour Recruitment is seeking a Property/Asset Manager to work for a nationwide property management agency.
You will be responsible for looking after 5 block properties for one of their clients which are based in Haringey, Hackney, Islington, Croydon and Wimbledon area.
You will support the Client in the management of their residential portfolio by ensuring the delivery of block, leasing and tenancy management services.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide a single point of contact for the Client
- To manage the onboarding process of new tenants
- To actively review and report on end of tenancy property condition and required remediation, including repairs, decoration, furnishing etc
- To attend Client meetings to discuss Lettings and Property Management strategies and policies as and when required
- To attend Client sites on a regular basis as required.
Experience & Skills Required
- Knowledge and experience gained within residential lettings and/or residential
asset management, ideally ARLA or ARMA qualified.
- High level of IT literacy and experience
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills
- Strong communication, influencing and relationship skills
Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730 (working from home but must be able to commute to clients’ properties above regularly and be willing to travel to Maidenhead or Southend for initial company induction)
Salary: up to £50,000 depending on experience and skills.
