Responsibilities:
- Delivering projects to the highest quality, ensuring to adhere to tight deadlines, keeping within budgets and exceeding customers' expectations
- Coordinate team members and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion
- Organise the works and supply chain to provide the right working environment to avoid disruption between trade
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project success
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing appropriate strategies
- Understanding the clients priorities and adopt a professional and considerate approach to maintain strong working relations
- Managing the project handover and ensuring a defect and snag free completion
- Complying with standard procedures
Personal Requirements:
- Previous experience as a project manager within the construction industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients and contractors
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise team members
- Able to understand clients needs and react quickly to changes or problems that may arise
