PMO Support Administrator - Portsmouth

 

Amour Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a fantastic company based in Portsmouth who is seeking an Administrator to join their Project Management team.

This role is offered as hybrid, attending the office in Portsmouth twice a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the PMO Manager and Analysts with general administration
  • Process invoices and timesheets
  • Manage PMO inbox
  • Organise and arrange meetings
  • Run reports for the team
  • Update company CRM

 

Personal Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of Project Management methodology (desirable)
    Proficient across Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, Outlook and Word)
    Good communication skills and an ability to communicate clearly to all levels of staff
  • Strong administrative experience (essential)
  • Data extraction and report creation in Excel (desirable)

Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730

 

Salary: up to £25,000
