Amour Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for an Operations Manager, to cover a 9-month Maternity period on behalf of our wonderful client based in Portchester.
In this diverse role, you'll support a busy engineering environment, ensuring the smooth day to day operations.
You'll join an existing management team, and will jointly be responsible for continuous process improvement as well as ensuring the daily health and safety operation.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations in the manufacturing department.
- Promote continuous improvement and open communication.
- Ensure smooth operations processing and support daily activities.
- Ensure daily Health and Safety operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in manufacturing/engineering.
- Computer literate with experience using the full MSOffice Suite.
- Ability to motivate yourself and others.
- Current Full UK driving licence.
Hours: 9:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000
