Amour Recruitment is please to be recruiting for a Mobile Account Manager, on behalf of our long-standing client based in Nursling, Southampton.
In this exciting position, you'll join a small friendly team, supporting with the account management on their Mobile division.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for existing clientele.
- Working proactively to renew client accounts/contracts.
- Provide professional service support for clients requests and queries.
- Upsell on services, to capitalise on sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in telecoms or in mobile connectivity is ideal.
- Experience in account management is essential.
- Ability to explore client needs and upsell on services.
- an outstanding level of communication, both written and verbally.
Hours: 8:30-17:00 Monday to Friday
Salary: £27,000 to £32,000 with commission and more great benefits!
