Amour Recruitment is working exclusively for a niche Manufacturing company who is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to work alongside the Senior management team.

Key responsibilities:
- Effectively and efficiently manage the production of the required daily/weekly/monthly targets in line with customer specifications.
- Responsible for plant production, financial performance and maintaining the orderly and productive operation of planned activities.
- Update Production plan
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
- Maintenance of the stores and inventory activities
Personal requirements:
- Relevant manufacturing / Engineering degree is preferred or HND, BREC, qualifications or relevant commercial experience.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Commercial and Financial acumen
Hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week / Mon – Thurs 8.30am – 5pm. Friday 8.30am – 12pm
Salary: £35k – 45k annually
