Amour Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for a Machine Instructor on behalf of our wonderful client based in Havant.
In this exciting position, you'll be training the next generation on the use of a wide variety of engineering philosophies, machinery and their operation.
This is a great opportunity for those who are familiar with engineering operations, looking for a new application of their skillset.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and prepare schemes of work and learning materials.
- Plan assessment documentations, and maintain accurate records.
- Mentor and Teach both practical and theoretical application of machine use and techniques.
- Continue to maintain a professional demeanour and represent the business.
Requirements:
- Previous experience or qualification of training is desirable, though not essential.
- Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Engineering or Manual Machining.
- Strong Communication, both written and verbally as well as strong numeracy.
- Full driving license.
Working Hours: 8:30 - 17:30
Salary: £32,000 to £37,000
