This role would be ideal for someone who is eager to kickstart their career as a Quantity Surveyor at a junior level and look to progress further.
Responsibilities:
- Approving claims and working with subcontractors
- Carrying out site visits to meet with the site managers and contractors
- Working with clients on variations
- Issuing contractual notices when needed
- Managing the application and variation process with clients
- Reviewing project inclusions and allowances
Personal Requirements:
- Eager to learn and develop
- Able to work well within a team environment
- Good organisation skills
- Good communications skills
- Can build and maintain relationships with clients
