Amour Recruitment are recruiting for an IT Build & Repair Technician to work for our awesome client based in Portsmouth.
You will be responsible for supporting customers by providing new and replacement laptops and collection of leaver and faulty devices for site based and remote / home users.
Key responsibilities:
- Reporting and auditing of stock
- liaising with vendors for customer induced damages, quote generation and PO management.
- Imaging laptops to fulfil customer requirements and managing warranty claims with OEMs.
- Dealing with Builds & Repairs
Experience & Skills:
- Experience of providing excellent customer service
- Exposure to management of ticket queues and resolution
- ServiceNow & Office 365 would be an advantage
- An excellent troubleshooting mentality with the ability to visualise a problem
- Articulate in both verbal and written communication
To be successful in this role you must be able to pass security clearance and have at least 3 years UK residency.
Salary: £24,000
