Amour Recruitment are proud to be working with a well-established insurance company who are looking for a motivated individual to join their busy successful team, selling a range of insurance products to new and existing customers.

The successful applicant must be able to communicate effectively at all levels, enjoy the challenge of achieving targets and love to put their customer first in everything they do. An insurance background is advantageous although not essential, as full training will be given. You just need the drive and strong customer service skills.

 

This role includes;

  • Representing the company in a clear and positive manner
  • Arranging quotations in response to customer enquiries.
  • Assessing customers’ requirements and offer suitable policies and advice.
  • Arranging policies for customers following their acceptance of terms offered.
  • Contacting customers to discuss their quotations and requirements.
  • Generating sales opportunities.
  • Ensuring sales and administration meets company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Delivering a professional service that ensures customers are delighted with the company.

Hours are between 8:30am - 7.00pm Monday - Friday on a rotation and 1-3 Saturdays 8:30am - 5:30pm

Salary £17,500 + Uncapped Commission (Very Achievable OTE of £20,500-21,000)
