Amour Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a fantastic company who is seeking a HR Assistant to work alongside the HR Manager based in Farlington.
You will provide support on a range of people management activities to 120 staff, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and development, employee engagement and reward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment, liaising with agencies, writing adverts/job specs, onboarding new starters etc
- Assist with employee relations processes as required, including absence management, disciplinaries, grievances and investigations.
- Assist the HR Manager with adhoc projects.
- Oversee administration of employee benefit programs
Personal Requirements:
- Proven experience in a HR role
- Excellent IT skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Educated to CIPD level 3 or above
- This would suit someone looking for their next step up in HR
- Driving licence to visit other sites if needs be
Hours: Monday to Friday 0730-1600
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000
