HGV Class 2 - Petersfield

Job Ad:

Amour Recruitment are looking for several class 2 HGV drivers for our well established General Haulage customer in Bordon.

Role context:

• Responsible for the collection and delivery of palletised Goods to customers in support of customer purchase orders
• The basic salary is based on £30,200 based on a 48 hr week.

Person Specification:

Required:

• UK HGV Drivers licence – Cat C Required
• Ability to produce working & driving hours for the current reference period
• Ability to provide CPC training record for the current 5 year CPC period
• Valid UK CPC & TACO card
• Flexible attitude to working hours
• Health and Safety awareness
• Flexible attitude and approach to work
• This position will also require some overtime to be worked when required

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out deliveries & collections for the Business as required on their class 2’s.
• Complete daily vehicle checks with defect reporting where required.
• General housekeeping, compliance and safety in line with general working practices for HGV drivers & operations.
