Amour Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading Wealth Services provider who are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join the team.

 

Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

Location: Hybrid

Salary: £25,000-£30,000

Hours: 8.30am-5pm

 

Role Purpose

As a Facilities Coordinator you will report to the Facilities Manager and be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of facilities management.

 

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Maintaining a risk register for compliance-based tasks related to health and safety.
  • Implementing policies and procedures related to facilities management.
  • Day to day management and supervision of all contracts related to facilities management including vendor and service agreements.
  • Coordinating the purchase of all necessary supplies and equipment for the facilities.
  • Financial and budget management
  • Plan, schedule and execute site maintenance.
  • Ensure security measures are in place and regularly review.
  • Ensure insurance requirements are met for facilities.

 

Ideal Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
  • Experience in contract and vendor management.
  • Strong financial and budget management skills.
  • Experience with site maintenance and security.
  • Knowledge of insurance requirements for facilities.
  • Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
