Amour Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a fantastic company who is seeking a Customer Service Receptionist based in Swindon.
This position would be a dream fit for somebody who loves delivering a high standard of customer service in a fast paced environment!
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting & greeting customers
- Answering inbound calls
- General administration to assist the workshop
- Update and maintain database
- Process invoices
Personal Requirements:
- IT literate and willing to learn an inhouse system
- Excellent telephone manner
- Must be pro-active with a strong customer service/reception background is essential
- Experience of automotive industry (or similar) would be an advantage

Hours: Monday to Friday 0800-1800 and every 3rd Saturday 0800-1200
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (depend on experience)
