Amour Recruitment is working exclusively for this local business who due to growth is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to support the team in maintaining the smooth operation of their customers journey.
Duties include:
- Answering incoming calls and handling all customer enquiries
- Order processing
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Take payment information
- Performing administrative functions
Hours are 0800-1630 Monday to Friday, free parking offered and easily accessible by public transport.
Salary - up to £22,308 (minimum wage depending on age)
