Do you have strong computer/data entry skills and can confidently type whilst talking to customers on the phone?

If the answer is yes then please take a look at this fantastic opportunity for one of our clients in the Portsmouth area.

You will be co-ordinating repair appointments over the phone, scheduling and booking in appointments, ensuring that you are recording accurate information.

You will deal with engineers by sending them to works that need completing, recording job completion information on the system.

Hours: 40 hours per week, 8.00am-5pm, Mon-Fri

Salary: £19,344

Benefits: 23 Days Holiday, Pension and Life Assurance
