Amour Recruitment is recruiting for a leading company in their field for a Customer Service Advisor at their Southampton (Eastleigh) office.

Key responsibilities:
- Handling customer orders and enquiries across a broad product range
- Ensure that customers receive a fast and efficient response to all enquiries.
- Building customer loyalty and enhancing the company’s reputation for service.
- Dealing with inbound calls and emails
- Selling & promoting the business at every opportunity
Personal requirements:
- Proficiency in SAP would be advantageous.
- Must be a team player.
- Clear, concise telephone manner
- Previous Customer Service/Sales experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
Salary: £25,500
