Amour Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a fantastic company who is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to work at their friendly office based in Portsmouth.

This position would be a dream fit for somebody who enjoys working in a small team and being flexible with day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arranging collection/delivery of vehicles
  • Reviewing individual cases and preparing relevant paperwork
  • Chasing and raising invoices
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Keeping customers up to date
  • Assisting colleagues with ad-hoc duties

Personal Requirements:

  • Driving license would be an advantage
  • Good IT skills
  • Great team player with a friendly attitude

· 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

· Profit sharing bonus scheme (approx. £2k a year)

Hours: Monday to Friday 0830-1730

Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 (negotiable depending on experience and flexibility) plus bonus.
