Amour Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our client based in Maidenhead!
If you have a strong customer focus, this position is the perfect opportunity to manage your own set of clients and offer continual support for your own portfolio!
This position offers you the unique opportunity to be a responsible point of contact for your clients needs/concerns via the phone, as well as offer you the opportunity to head out and see your clients in person.
You’ll need to be extremely personable, and professional and offer your clients the best possible customer service!
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients and contacts regarding their property needs
- Communicate with suppliers
- Manage a CRM system, updating files and details
Personal Requirements:
- Personable and friendly telephone manner
- Proven experience in a customer service environment
- IT Literate
