Amour Recruitment are proud to be working with this well-established company who is seeking a competent Customer Experience Specialist who will work closely with Account Managers and Business Development Managers as sales support.
Duties include:
- Answering all inbound calls, and responding to all emails, whilst delivering high customer service levels.
- Supporting all sales team members as required by seeking to offer quality referrals or sales on other’s behalf.
To be successful you must be determined, enthusiastic, reliable, self-motivated with the ability to perform under pressure.
To must be able to demonstrate competent experience with Microsoft office and have an articulate, clear & concise telephone manner.
This role requires previous experience working in a fast-paced environment with an ambition to succeed and achieve company’s goals. Building strong relationship with internal and other colleagues will be key to ensuring the day to day needs of their customers are met.
Hours are 0800-1700 or 0830-1730. Please note there is no parking as the role is in central Southampton!
