Amour Recruitment is working exclusively for a great company based in Shrewsbury who is seeking a Customer Contact Administrator.

Key responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls/emails and deal with all requests
- General admin including photocopying, scanning and filing
- Using mail merges to deliver correspondence to customers
- Maintain managers diary
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers
Personal requirements:
- Must be well organised and completely self-motivated.
- Confident personality
- Excellent admin/customer service skills are essential.
- Great team player
Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730
Salary: £22,308 plus great company benefits.
