This is an excellent opportunity to develop an existing mixed caseload with a wide-ranging client base ranging from entrepreneurs, owner managed businesses and larger corporate organisations.
Areas of focus may include:
- Mergers, demergers, acquisitions and disposals
- Asset sales and share sales
- Management buy-outs and buy-ins
- Restructuring, reorganisation and demergers
- Joint ventures
- Shareholder, partnership and franchise agreements
- Equity investment, equity reorganisation and capital reduction
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing your own caseload, providing clear and concise advice
- Assisting the team with larger scale, complex transactions
- Drafting a wide range of legal documentation such as Contracts, Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale and Shareholder Agreements
Full Time
Salary negotiable dependent on experience
