Amour Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for a Technical Support Specialist on behalf of our wonderful client based in Segensworth.
In this exciting role, you'll support a successful IT Software Company to develop a cutting edge customer journey.
This role will focus around improving the customer support, so your knowledge and experience within IT support, will be a critical component of your day to day working.
You'll work closely with software and support teams, identifying key areas of customer support. Utilising this knowledge, you'll support your colleagues with the know-how to resolve queries, and customers with a knowledge bank for the future.
Responsibilities:

Identify key areas of support within customer feedback.

Liaise with colleagues regarding known software issues and troubleshooting.

Communicating feedback clearly and concisely to colleagues.

Create support tools for colleagues and customers alike.
Requirements:

Previous experience in IT support, with knowledge around software support and fault diagnosis.

Previous experience in delivering feedback/training to colleagues, with a focus on communication.

Technical writing experience is preferred, though not essential.

Qualifications in IT support, such as COMPTIA A+ is preferred, though not essential.

Working Hours: 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
