Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Concierge to work in a brand-new development based in Eccles.
You will be the first point of contact for many customers and will play an important role in providing a warm and cheerful welcome for all visitors. You will work as part of a small team providing the very best service and support to the residents.
Duties include:
- Regular walk-rounds, to inspect and maintain the building to the highest standards
- Take an active role in the event of an emergency, following procedures and contacting the relevant emergency services and escalating the issue to the Buildings Manager
- Assist in the security of the buildings entrance procedures
- Covering reception and giving keys to residents
Working in a team of 3 you will cover 12 hours a day over 7days a week between you, so you must be prepared to be flexible. This is a full-time role contracted for 37.5 hours a week.
If you hold a SIA licence or have experience of working with CCTVs this would be an advantage.
Salary offered: £25,000
