Amour Recruitment is working exclusively for a great company based in Petersfield who is seeking a Complaints Support Officer.
This role is offered on a 12-week temp to permanent basis, so you must be available to start work immediately and can also be offered hybrid (3 days at home, 2 in office) if needs be.
Key responsibilities:
- Responding to calls/emails from local councils
- Problem solving & offering solutions.
Personal requirements:
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Be thick skinned with a mature attitude
- Competent, empathetic nature
- strong administration skills
Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1700 (37 working hours)
Salary: £12 an hour (£23,088)
