Amour Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a fantastic company who is seeking a Commercial Property/Portfolio Manager working from their office based in Birmingham.
The right candidate will thrive in this fun yet challenging role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out site inspections
- Manage an existing portfolio of clients across the region
- Liaise with clients, contractors and tenants on a regular basis
- Resolve day to day property management issues
- Service charge management
Personal Requirements:
- Driving license
- MRICS qualified desirable
- Computer literate
- Property background (Management or Surveyor)
Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730
Salary: up to £40,000 depending on experience. Plus £4440 car allowance
