Amour Recruitment is currently recruiting for talented call centre agents to join a busy contact centre in Blackwood.
The role:-
Taking calls from customers all over the UK
Your responsibility will be booking appointments for assessors and surveyors to visit premises to conduct surveys for the properties.
The pay
£8.40 - £8.72 per hour
Hours are 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday, and sometimes overtime is offered which is double pay!!
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- An outgoing nature and be confident on the phone
- Strong administration skills
- Happy to work alone but you will also love working in a team environment
