Amour Recruitment is offering an exciting opportunity for a CAD Technician to join our client in Havant!
This role works closely with them to directly create the engineering plans and drawings for their products. This is an all-encompassing role for a skilled professional looking for their next step with a long-standing established business.
Responsibilities
- Creating technical drawings in both 2D and 3D of existing and new products
- Responsible for helping the team with off line programming and digital drawings
- Ensuring accurate drawings are provided to the manufacturing team
- Creating modifications for BOMs
- Use of Excel platforms to edit spreadsheets
- Producing installation guides and packing labels
Job Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and experience in CAD (Solidworks and AUTOCAD)
- Previous experience in an engineering environment is desired
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Good communication skills
