Business Support Manager - Waterlooville

Amour Recruitment is working exclusively for a fantastic company who is seeking a Business Support Manager to work from their great office based in Waterlooville.

It is offered as hybrid, working from home on a Tuesday and Thursday.

You will play a crucial role in blending HR with day-to-day operations, and ensuring the office runs smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person, so this is a role for someone who loves making a real impact and thrives in a fast-paced, but relaxed, environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Looking after the entire HR lifecycle, including policies & procedures
  • Managing the HR system
  • Oversee supplier related activities, keeping track of contracts and monitoring expiry dates
  • In charge of HQ and all office management
  • Scheduling meeting, arranging travel, organising events etc

Personal requirements:

  • Must be well organised and completely self-motivated.
  • Confident personality
  • Excellent administration skills are essential
  • Pays great attention to detail

Hours: Monday to Friday 0900 -1730.

Salary: up to £35k (depending on experience)
