Amour Recruitment is working with one of Wales's largest and top-performing training providers. We now have an exciting opportunity for a Business Assurance Coordinator to join their Business Improvement Team.

The aim of this role is to be responsible for providing assurances that the company's provision has effective processes & procedures in place and that compliant practice is maintained across the business as a whole.

Salary £26,000 - £28,000 plus great benefits, with hours of work 0900-1630 Mon-Fri.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Accountable for ensuring all provision is delivered in compliance with contractual, legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Accountable for completing routine assurance checks in line with company policy, procedures and contractual standards
  • Responsible for where appropriate, advising of and communicating change in practices, ensuring the continuous improvement through the provision of guidance, coaching and mentoring.
  • Responsible for contributing to the development of tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality and compliance to company policies and procedures
  • Responsible for providing advice and guidance to business areas to support the achievement of compliance and performance of the business function.
  • Responsible for identifying and highlighting consistent / high risk areas of concern identified through assurance audits
  • Accountable for maintaining own personal development in relation to training and the industry
  • Maintain knowledge and adherence to Work Based Learning Professional Standards, Education Workforce Code of Practice and company’s Code of Conduct

 

To be considered for this position, you will have:

  •  Experience of public funded training
  • Previous experience of working with compliance and quality systems in work based learning or welfare to work settings
  • Full driving licence and access to own vehicle
  •  Excellent attention to detail
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Strong IT skills
  • Ability to manage a varied workload with multiple priorities
