Duties to include:
- Managing a team of Property Managers
- Providing exceptional levels of service to clients
- Site inspections and monitoring onsite works
- Ensuring compliance and Health & Safety
- Completing Section 20 Notices
- Preparing, agreeing and issuing service charge budgets
Minimum Requirements:
- Understanding of leasehold property
- Excellent communication skills
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- AIRPM qualified desirable
The role comes with a company car & mobile phone. Salary is negotiable depending on experience, plus bonus. Hours 09.00-17.30 Monday to Friday,
