Amour Recruitment are proud to be working with a fantastic client in South West London who are seeking an AV Service Engineer to join their team due to expansion. The ideal candidate would have previous experience as a Service Engineer in residential AV, have a technical background and be highly organised as you will be responsible for your own work load. This position would also suit a bright, keen and enthusiastic graduate who would like to kickstart their career in the industry and continue their development and growth. Responsibilities:
- Carrying out fault finding and troubleshooting
- Able to provide excellent customer service as this is a client facing role
- Working closely with a team
- Providing on site support as well as remotely
- Arranging your own work schedule
- Understanding schematic drawings and wiring designs
Personal Requirements:
- Residential AV experience is desired
- Knowledge of Control4, Crestron, Lutron and HDMI Matrix systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to problem solve
- Have excellent communications skills
