Administrator - Shropshire

Amour Recruitment is seeking an Administrator to join their clients busy team who provides services in relation to Land Registry registration, company administration and property sales enquiries based in Shrewsbury.

Duties to include:

  • Dealing with the post and finding the relevant files
  • Dealing with incoming telephone calls
  • Providing administrative assistance to the Branch Manager and the Team.
  • Corresponding with conveyancing solicitors
  • Responding to pre-contract enquiries
  • Preparing Deeds of Covenant
  • Issuing certificates of consent
  • Updating owners’ correspondence details.
  • Updating Share Registers
  • Updating Companies House with clients’ changes of Directors and Officers

Previous experience in a conveyancing, legal or property management environment would be a distinct advantage.

Hours are 0900-1700, Free parking and great company benefits are offered.
