Amour Recruitment is seeking an Administrator to join their client’s busy team who provides services in relation to Land Registry registration, company administration and property sales enquiries based in Shrewsbury.
This role is offered initially as a 1-year fixed term contract.
Duties to include:
- Dealing with incoming telephone calls
- Providing administrative assistance to the Branch Manager and Team.
- Responding to pre-contract enquiries
- Preparing Deeds of Covenant
- Issuing certificates of consent
Personal requirements:
- Must be well organised
- Confident personality
- Excellent administration skills
Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730.
Salary: £22,308
