Amour Recruitment is excited to be working with this global company based in Bordon who due to business success is seeking an Administrator to join their Team.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are accurate from order to delivery!!
Key responsibilities:
- Accurate customer order processing
- Dealing with all customer queries via email & phone
- Liaise with warehouse & transport teams to make sure orders are on time
- Doing all administration including despatch notes and proof of deliveries
- Datay entry of customer orders and quotes
Personal requirements:
- First class communication skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to learn fast and absorb information
- Friendly individual
Hours: Monday to Friday 0830-1700 Fri 0800-1330.
Salary: £24,000 - £26,500 (depending on experience)
Benefits: 5% matched pension, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, death in service cover, bonus.
