Amour Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a great company who is seeking an Administrator to join their accounts team based in Swindon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring invoices are correctly processed
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Ensuring bank details for suppliers are verified and updated
- Monthly supplier payment runs
- Assist with Sales Ledger
- Maintain stationery supplies
- Monthly staff annual leave and absence Summary to MD
Personal Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to stay calm under pressure
- Ability to follow instructions/procedures
- Good communication skills
- Good IT skills including Excel, Word and Outlook

Hours: Monday to Friday 0830-1700
Salary: £25,000 -£30,000 (depending on experience)
