Amour Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for an Account Manager on behalf of our wonderful client based in Clanfield.
In this exciting role, you'll join a family run team, assisting them with the management of existing client client accounts.
You'll be the main point of contact for customer queries, as well as the processing of new client orders.
Previous experience with data analysis would be a huge advantage, to report on customer buying habits and trends.
Responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact for clients.
- Act as customer champion to resolve any issues.
- Proactively approach customers with seasonal offers and deals.
- Conduct regular client data analysis, creating client reports.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience is ideal, though not essential.
- First-class customer service skills.
- Clear and open communicator.
- Pro-active and driven.
Hours: 8:00 - 16:00
Salary: from £25,000 + commission
