Amour Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a 2nd Line Support Engineer on behalf of our wonderful client based in Waterlooville.
In this exciting position, you'll support your local clientele by offering them tailored IT support solutions, working both reactively to live tickets and proactively to future projects.
We're hoping to find an engineer with leadership qualities who can help to guide and steer the junior team members.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all clients regarding their IT support needs.
- Maintain an organised and efficient work station.
- Provide ongoing mentorship to junior team members, sharing your knowledge and experience.
- Deliver an outstanding support experience throughout.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in 2nd line support.
- Leadership and mentoring qualities, with the ability to lead and guide a team.
- Strong communication, both written and verbal.
- CompTIA qualification is ideal, though not essential.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 - 17:30 (Mon, Wed, Fri - Office based | Tue, Thu - WFH)
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
